Subdivisions & Neighborhoods in West Bank North

The Aspens

The Aspens hosts the Jackson Hole Racquet Club, a standout real estate gem due to its proximity to cultural hubs like Jackson, with its rich array of art, dining, and entertainment options. The convenience of local services, including banks, dining, and fitness facilities within the Westside commercial center, adds to the appeal. Unique for allowing short-term rentals, the Racquet Club is highly sought after for investments, maintaining high demand for its well-preserved and updated properties, all the while offering easy access to Teton Village and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort with added shuttle services during winter months.

Ellen Creek

Ellen Creek promises close engagement with the amenities of Teton Village, including world-class skiing and cultural events, but also a secluded feel, tucked in against the base of the Teton Mountain Range with stands of mature trees and open grasslands. Complete with ample protected open space and only 16 homesites, Ellen Creek is a top choice in West Bank North for solitude and access to year round activities.

Tucker Ranch

Tucker Ranch is a unique, water-focused community in West Bank North, offering exclusive features like access to the Snake River, breathtaking views of the Teton Mountain Range, and large lakes that attract a wide variety of birds and wildlife. Spread over 197 acres, its homesites range from 4 to about 10 acres, with diverse landscapes and some properties even allowing for horses. Tucker Ranch enjoys a convenient location just a 10-minute drive from the Town of Jackson and Teton Village, providing both accessibility to town amenities and the privacy of spacious, wooded lots.

John Dodge

John Dodge, located along the west bank, offers residents about two miles of private Snake River access. As the first development of it’s kind in the West Bank, the neighborhood is greatly sought after with the 3 to 10 acre homesites of John Dodge having been strategically placed to garner a sense of seclusion and offer the maximum in protected Teton views.

John Dodge is located a short drive from both Wilson and Teton Village, allowing for quick access to the world class skiing of Jackson Hole, as well as, in-town amenities of both Jackson and Wilson.

Stilson Ranch

Stilson Ranch is a serene neighborhood close to the Snake River, just two miles from Wilson. It’s known for its easy access, being a 10-minute drive from both Teton Village and the Town of Jackson. The 28 homesites, ranging from 0.75 to 2.5 acres, are privately set along creeks and ponds, offering a peaceful living environment.

Wilderness Ranch

Wilderness Ranch, just north of Tucker Ranch, is the epitome of seclusion and scenic beauty, close to both Teton Village and the Town of Jackson. Its homesites, typically between 3 to 6 acres, feature mature trees and, in some cases, Snake River frontage and soaring views of the Teton Mountain Range.

Willowbrook

An intimate neighborhood, comprised of only 92 acres, WiIlowbrook offers stunning views of the Teton Mountain Range and ample wildlife that frequent the many streams meandering through the property. Willowbrook is composed of single family homesites ranging between 3 to 4 acres and is located south of the Teton Pines Country Club, allowing residences easy access to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and the Teton Pines club amenities.

Teton Pines

Teton Pines Country Club is a distinguished, semi-private club covering 360 acres, with 200 acres dedicated to open space, including its golf course designed by Arnold Palmer. Located six miles from the Town of Jackson, a quick drive to Wilson, and five miles south of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Teton Pines offers the convenience nearby towns, as well as, the amenities of the Westside commercial area. Surrounding the golf course, the residences of Teton Pines include single family homes, townhomes, and cluster homes.
