Rafter J

Rafter J is one of the oldest and largest subdivisions in Jackson Hole. In 1978 Floyd King, Jerry Wilson and Chuck Luton purchased the 600 acre Arthur and Phyllis Brown Ranch and subdivided it into 360 lots of 1/4 to 1/2 acres in size. The development is about 3 miles south of the town of Jackson and close to schools, offering convenience and a great community environment.
