At the gateway to Grand Teton National Park, views of the entire Teton Mountain Range are unobstructed from this part of JH. Paintings of this area – hang in galleries around the world. Welcome to North of Jackson!
Historic ranch lands offer protected wide-open spaces maintaining the western character of the area with a secluded, private feeling. Here you will find 1-5 ac of open sagebrush meadows or 50 to 150 ac of parcels tucked into the foothills with views of the Snake River and all the way to Yellowstone. To the South of these properties is JHGT, featuring an exquisite golf course, tennis courts, a swimming pool, and The North Grille restaurant. To the East lies JH Airport, which is the only airport in a national park providing easy access to a vacation house.
Kelly, a small town off the east side of the highway, has and old charm. In 1920s, Kelly competed against Jackson for the Teton County seat, losing by only a few votes. A few years later, the Kelly Slide completely washed the town away. The rebuilt Kelly is a place of intermittently paved roads and few amenities – just the way the town’s residents like it.
